Huntsville Utilities Receives Diamond Level RP3 Designation

Huntsville Utilities was one of 54 public power utilities across the nation that earned the American Public Power Association’s Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3) designation last month. 

The RP3 designation recognizes utilities that demonstrate high proficiency in reliability, safety, workforce development and system improvement.  Criteria include sound business practices and a utility-wide commitment to safe and reliable delivery of electricity.  Huntsville Utilities was awarded Diamond Level status, the highest level in the program.
