Huntsville Utilities is governed by three boards (Electric, Waterworks, and Natural Gas). Currently, governing duties for Waterworks and Natural Gas are combined into one board. Board members are appointed by the Huntsville City Council for three year terms. Each board meets once a month at the Huntsville Utilities Building (112 Spragins Street NW).
