Power Contracts

Customers whose demand requirements exceed 1000 kW shall be required to execute a contract. The customer shall contract for their maximum kilowatt requirements, which shall not exceed the amount of power capable of being used by the customer, and Huntsville Utilities shall not be obligated to supply power in greater amounts at any time than that required by the customer’s contract. The contract may include other special provisions. The rate schedule applicable to any power contract shall be subject to adjustment, modification, change or replacement from time to time as provided under the power contract between Huntsville Utilities and TVA.
