Huntsville Utilities Key Accounts Named One Of The Best In The Nation
The results were published by ESource in the 2021 Business Customer Satisfaction Study, which surveys large business customers to discover the utility attributes they value most as well as where their utility ranks on those attributes.
Huntsville Utilities placed third in the survey, scoring high in trustworthiness and providing reliable energy. Large customers gave Huntsville Utilities an overall satisfaction and perceived value score of 8.92 out of 10.
