Statement Regarding Delayed Mail, Utility Bills, and Late Fees
Due to last week’s inclement weather, Huntsville Utilities was unable to receive mail the entire week of January 15-19. However, measures have been put in place to allow customers additional time for payment of bills due during this period. Service interruptions for non-payment and any associated late payment fees will be suspended through the week of January 22-26, 2024. Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 29, 2024.
Customers are reminded they can access and pay their bill anytime by creating a free online account through the My Account feature on the Huntsville Utilities website (www.hsvutil.org).
