Huntsville Utilities Operations for Friday - January 19, 2024

The Huntsville Utilities Main Lobby (112 Spragins Street) WILL BE OPEN on Friday, January 19, but only from 9am to 4pm. Out of an abundance of caution, the Pulaski Pike Drive-Thru Payment Center (1100 Pulaski Pike) will remain closed.

Customers needing to conduct business with Huntsville Utilities are encouraged to do so via the website (www.hsvutil.org) or by phone. The self-service kiosks will be available, but customers are asked to continue avoiding travel on the roads, if possible.

Huntsville Utilities will not interrupt service for non-payment until temperatures moderate. We also realize that the suspension of local mail service means some customers will not receive their bills in a timely manner. While the details are still being discussed, customers affected will not be charged late fees for payment.

With another round of extremely cold weather forecast for the Tennessee Valley this weekend, customers are advised to monitor local media and the National Weather Service website (www.weather.gov/hun) for updates and local law enforcement for reports on road conditions.
