Huntsville Utilities is actively monitoring all systems during the current weather situation. All crews are on call and responding to service issues caused by the winter weather moving through our area. We will continue to monitor and respond as this situation develops. While the weather makes for difficult working conditions, our crews are prepared for any scenario.

Out of an abundance of caution, the Huntsville Utilities main lobby (112 Spragins Street) and the Pulaski Pike Drive-Thru Payment Center (1100 Pulaski Pike) will be closed on Tuesday, January 16, due to road conditions.

Customers needing to conduct business with Huntsville Utilities can do so via the website (www.hsvutil.org), or by phone (256-535-1200). The self-service kiosks will also be available, but customers are asked to avoid traveling on the roads if possible.

Huntsville Utilities will not interrupt service for non-payment until temperatures moderate.
