In December 2023, Huntsville Utilities released its first Community Responsibility Report (CRR).

The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the organization's community responsibility efforts and sustainability ambitions. It largely covers the fiscal years of 2022 and 2023 and encompasses the company's electric, natural gas, and water divisions.

The report is focused on material topics for the utility industry, issues Huntsville Utilities believes are important to the community, and the most relevant considerations to Huntsville Utilities' business.
